CP 101 Introduction to Church Planting (3)
This course will introduce the student to the biblical and practical principles of planting churches with an emphasis on calling and vision for this ministry. The course will also include interaction with men who have and are now planting churches.

CP 102 Evangelism (3)
This course will introduce the different methods and approaches to evangelism used in planting churches. Particular emphasis will be given to evangelistic small groups and inductive bible study. Students will participate in evangelistic ministry.

CP 202 Biblical Foundations for Christian Missions (3)
A survey through the entire Bible to ask the questions: Is God a missionary God? What is the biblical basis for evangelism, church planting and mission? Includes a study of the universal priesthood of believers and their responsibility to the Great Commission.

CP 203 Church Planting Strategies in the Slavic Context (3)
Analyzes various models for church planting in the Slavic context with case studies from actual church planters. Students will compare these models as to effectiveness, reproducibility, and per biblical and theological standards.

CP 301 Leadership (3)
Advanced leadership instruction for achieving church plants that multiply. Analysis of biblical patterns of growth and development. Evaluation of the decision making process of Slavic people, and of various models to use to strengthen leadership development in a newly planted church.

CP 302 Pauline Theology and the Missionary Church (3)
A study of the basic principles of Pauline theology as they apply to the missionary church. Students will discuss and evaluate the relevance and importance of these principles to contemporary mission theology and methodology, and apply their conclusions to their own church planting philosophy or methodology.

CP 401 Body Life (3)
This class is designed to help the church planter take care of his church family once it is established. Attention will be given in three areas: fellowship ministry, church organization and counseling ministry.

CP 403 CP Summer Internship (3)
This course will provide an off-campus learning experience in which a student will participate in a summer program in a new Church plant under the direction of the director of Church Planting and an on-site mentor.
