Why you need to attend the seminar:

  • The number of Mormons rapidly grows worldwide.
  • Last year Mormons opened their temple in Kyiv, which enabled them to establish their presence both in Ukraine and in Eastern Europe.
  • Christians know too little about Mormons to see the danger of a pseudo-Christian worldview, and to be able to resist it with the truth of Christ

Some topics of our seminar:

  • Has our Bible really been corrupted the way Mormons present it?
  • What is the Book of Mormon all about? Is it really an ancient book?
  • How do we respond to the LDS claim of a “complete apostasy”?
  • What have Mormon leaders said about God the Father and Jesus?
  • How do we strike up a conversation? Avoid conversational pitfalls?
  • Responding to Mormon “proof-texts”
  • How can we best challenge Mormons to seriously consider where they are in light of eternity?

Bill McKeever founded Mormonism Research Ministry in 1979 (www.mrm.org) to inform the Body of Christ about differences between Mormonism and Christianity. He has also reached out to many members of the LDS church with the truth of God’s Word, answering their questions and objections biblically.

McKeever is an author and co-author of several books, which include Mormonism 101(Baker, 2000), and,  In Their Own Words: A Collection of Mormon Quotations (Morris: 2009),  He is also editor of “Mormonism Researched,” a bi-monthly publication distributed free through Mormonism Research Ministry.

For five years he hosted a radio talk show called,  “Viewpoint on Mormonism” that aired in San Diego County, California.  He has also been a featured guest on many Christian and secular talk shows throughout North America.  Due to his expertise on the history and doctrines of Mormonism, McKeever has been invited to speak at numerous churches, conferences, Bible colleges, and seminaries in the United States and abroad.
